The Technical Entry Scheme (TES) 54 is a direct entry program for 12th pass students in the science stream (PCM) to join the Indian Army as commissioned officers through technical training and a B.Tech degree.

Unmarried male candidates who have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) and have appeared in JEE Mains 2025 are eligible to apply.

The selection process includes shortlisting based on JEE Main rank, SSB Interview, medical examination, and final merit list.

The total training period is 5 years, including 1 year of basic military training and 4 years of technical training (engineering) at military colleges.
