Overview
Union Bank of India (UBI) has announced the Specialist Officer (SO) Assistant Manager Recruitment 2025 for 500 vacancies under the Recruitment Project 2025-26. The recruitment aims to fill 250 posts each for Assistant Manager (Credit) and Assistant Manager (IT) in the Junior Management Grade Scale-I (JMGS-I).

- Pay Scale: ₹48,480 – ₹85,920
Eligibility Criteria
- Age Limit: 22 to 30 years as of 01 April 2025 (Born between 02 April 1995 and 01 April 2003). Age relaxation for reserved categories.
- Education (Credit): Graduate + CA/CMA (ICWA)/CS/MBA/MMS/PGDM/PGDBM with Finance.
- Education (IT): B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc (IT)/MS/M.Tech in Computer Science/IT/Electronics/Data Science/Machine Learning/AI/Cyber Security.
- Experience (IT): Minimum 1 year post-qualification experience in relevant IT domain.
- Experience (Credit): Desirable but not mandatory.
Selection Process
The selection process includes:
- Online Examination: 150-minute exam with 75 questions in two parts:
- Part 1: 25 questions each on Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, and English Language (1 mark each).
- Part 2: 75 questions on Professional Knowledge (2 marks each).
- Penalty: 1/4th mark for incorrect answers.
- Group Discussion (if conducted): To assess communication and teamwork skills.
- Personal Interview: Final merit based on combined exam and interview scores.
